- New users can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment.

- Duplicate or Accidental Payment
- If you were charged twice or made an accidental payment, contact us within 5 days.
- We will verify the transaction and process a refund accordingly.
- Technical Issues
- If you are unable to access the course due to technical problems caused by our system, and the issue persists for more than 48 hours, you may request a partial or full refund.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
- You have used more than 30% of the course materials (tracked through our platform).
- Requests made after 7 days of billing (except for technical or duplicate charge cases).
- Refund requests for previous months or charges beyond our 5-day window.
