    • New users can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment.
    • Applies only to first-time subscribers.
    • Refund request must be sent via our official email or support form.
  • Duplicate or Accidental Payment
    • If you were charged twice or made an accidental payment, contact us within 5 days.
    • We will verify the transaction and process a refund accordingly.
  • Technical Issues
    • If you are unable to access the course due to technical problems caused by our system, and the issue persists for more than 48 hours, you may request a partial or full refund.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

    • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
    • You have used more than 30% of the course materials (tracked through our platform).
    • Requests made after 7 days of billing (except for technical or duplicate charge cases).
    • Refund requests for previous months or charges beyond our 5-day window.

Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation prevents future payments but does not refund past charges unless they meet the criteria above.

Refund Processing Time
